I was craving dessert, something easy, fresh and clean, but simple to whip up. I opened my pantry and I found these goodies!!! Blend it all up and cover with desiccated coconut and boom guess what, it becomes your paleo, vegan and gluten-free friendly Sunday treat! Enjoy 🙂 #fromasiawithlove
Ingredients:
2 cups Almond Meal
2 Tablespoons Chia Seed
½ cup Walnut
160g Pitted Dates
1 Tablespoon Raw Honey
90-100ml Coconut Oil
Dessicated Coconut
- Blend all the ingredients together in a food processor (except the dessicated coconut)
- Make into small balls
- Cover with dessicated coconut – will make about 30 balls
- Store them in the fridge
- Enjoy!
