Geisha’s Mojito
Christmas in Asia is in the middle of winter and we normally have Christmas cake to celebrate. But I have been in NZ for 18 years and have developed the enjoyment of a HOT summer Christmas. This is a great drink when you are a bit unfamiliar and new to the taste of sake – or simply you want to have different way to enjoy the sake you may have at home! I came up with this one Christmas when I wanted to make something special for our friends – something cool, sexy and festive to start the day off and this was born – Geisha’s Mojito. I have been having one every year since!
